Three daily meals are included with each one-night stay at the Camp, and all go far beyond traditional campfire fare. Incorporating sustainable, local ingredients, the Camp's healthy Mediterranean cuisine is served al-fresco in the dining pavilion.

Fresh seafood, lean meats and crisp seasonal vegetables are grilled or roasted. Traditional desserts, garnished with fresh berries, tempt even the most selective sweet tooth. The Camp also caters to vegetarians and those with special dietary needs.

Each Sunday evening, Executive Chef Ryan Solein showcases his Italian roots, with a dazzling authentic Mediterranean style feast. Served family style, the extensive multi-course dinner is a crowd pleaser cooked from scratch with recipes Solein learned from his Sicilian grandmother. In addition, one night each week, guests are treated to a true southern delight when hickory-smoked, slow-cooked meats from Corky's BBQ, a famed Memphis favorite, are expressed to Camp.
