There are two ways to access the Camp, drawing both serious hikers and less adventurous outdoor enthusiasts.

1) Guests can park their car at the Marvin Pass trailhead parking lot and walk on a well-marked path into the Camp. The path is 3/4 of a mile.

2) Guests can hike to the camp along a challenging 12 mile park system trail. This trail begins at Lodgepole Visitor Center in Sequoia National Park and leads you to the Camp through a scenic slice of the 2 million acre Sierra Wilderness.

By eliminating the need to carry provisions such as bedding and shelter, our guests need only bring their gear in a back pack. The Camp allows you to enjoy nature's best without sacrificing hot showers, soft linens, or other comforts of home.
